 SueDeputy Manager Sue has a warm, tender personality and loves working with all the children helping and nurturing them to reach their full potential. Sue is married with four children and has been with Discoveries since June 2000. She loves all of the craft activities and getting artistic with the children. Sue is a secret chocolate muncher and loves flat whites, but only after 11am! Outside of school, Sue can be found with her 3 gorgeous dogs and often her 2 grandchildren! |  MartinaSenior Nursery Assistant Everyone loves Martina! She joined Discoveries in January 2006. Initially from Slovakia, Martina and her husband, Peter, have fallen in love with England and it has become their home. Martina is now a mummy to her lovely son Kristian who is a graduate of DMNS too. Martina has a wonderful, kind, gentle nature and simply adores children. She loves the outside environment and has a wonderful artistic flair. |

 MazMontessori Nursery Assistant Maz has a lovely, fun, warm and bubbly personality! Disney is Maz’s ultimate passion along with working with all the children! She is the female Peter Pan! Maz joined us in 2020 and loves everything sparkly, craft and spending time with her family including her dog, Maggie! |  HelenMontessori Nursery Assistant Helen has a wonderful gentle, loving nature and brings the fun to every day! After both her children graduated from DMNS, Helen rejoined our family as a member of our team in 2016. Every day is full of sparkle with Helen who loves every aspect of working with all of the children. In her spare time, Helen can be found in the countryside with her gorgeous dog, Sakura! |
 ZuzkaMontessori Nursery Assistant Zuzka has two children both who used to attend Discoveries! Initially from the Czech Republic, Zuzka loves living here and enjoying the countryside with her dog Smudge. Zuzka joined DMNS as a nursery assistant in 2022 and has loved being part of the individual journeys that the children make! Zuzka has a passion for pottery and is our clay expert! She also loves coffee and chocolates! |  GraniaMontessori Nursery Assistant Grania joined Discoveries in 2006 when she was 2 years old! She has now returned and joined the team in 2025! Grania loves being part of the children’s development and watching them grow and bloom! Her other passion is floristry and so she brings a wonderful creative side to anything flora based! |
